Putting down roots

We are doing well at the Montessori School!    On the first full day of school we suspended a sweet potato in a jar of water, and we are watching to see what changes we can observe. One month and another photo later we are growing roots, sending out vines and sprouting leaves!  Our students are doing that  as well! We are seeing lots of growth!                    We  will keep you posted.
